As mentioned here before (or not), the 2005 one is definitly a copy of ABC World News Tonight's graphics at that time. And the music was so similar.
By the way, I heard the music of the November 2008 ones on Phoenix TV, Sky's Chinese relatives. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22d04BD9_8g , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz9h2zj1Ccw ) So, that from "November 2008" (and perhaps the "new" 2010 music), and all other Phoenix TV news bulletins ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAWnGjogBCU ) are might be from some music packages.
