The tiny Principality of Liechtenstein (pop.: about 35,000), which lies between Switzerland and Austria, never had a TV station of its own. Its residents depended on TV from Switzerland, Austria and Germany -- until 2008. That's when the country's first TV station began to broadcast. You can see its news intro and some other bits of presentation here:
