What a weird thing to do.

How bizarre. I suppose YouTube let them know it was embedded here and they saw your comment? Perhaps they're Steffen Breum, the credited composer. Smile

No, Steffen is Danish. This gentleman is Finnish.

Very Happy

He credits copyright to others.

Perhaps he can see the referral back to here in the analytics. That's because its ME THAT'S REPEATEDLY PLAYING IT.

He's a dumbass.

Even though I happen to live in Finland and happen to be fluent in the language, doesn't mean that I've got a Finnish nationality. That's right, I uploaded that clip and I am DeltaOmegaAlliance in YouTube. I just simply don't have the ear to recognize any similarities between Breum and Lowe. If you mean the beeping in the theme sounds similar to Auntie, I can safely assure as a long-time TVDX'er that it's been a trademark of Danish TV news since the 1980's.

Do excuse me for taking your fluent Finnish as a clue that you might be, er, Finnish.

Why are you taking it so personally? I have more than a handful of Danish friends, my father worked there for some years a long time ago, I think the look and the music and the graphics are brilliant - but I simply said there's an audible resemblance - and I wasn't even the first to say so in this thread, or even on the same page!

Pretty unpleasant to tag your video for all the world to read (and be confused by).

Hey ho, that's up to you.

It's more than the beeps, or the fact that its 60bps - it follows the same chord structure.

If someone is so minded they will show you an example. I'm over it, as your peculiar move has taken the shine off my enjoyment, thanks.

My god I've just seen what you've tagged the video with now. Why would you do that?

I don't think I should bother to say anything else to you. Someone else has uploaded a version just as good as yours, so I will watch that instead and remove your video from my favourites.

You, sir, are a weirdo.

Haha, heard that last sentence before. Anyways, I'm now cutting the chase and moving on with the thread. VRT's new look seems very nice and - erm - different. But still nice.

I think it sounds like the intro of "BBC Points West" from 2004.

BELGIUM: Yesterday the programmes of VRT's second channel Canvas updated their looks. At the centre of this is a brand new studio shared by 4 different programmes, the main one being the news and analysis programme Terzake followed by Reyers Laat , Panorama and Login .

As with VRT's main news bulletins, the branding and design of these programmes and especially the new studio is very innovative. The set is shared but each programme has its own 'space' within the set, seperated by thin lights, LCD screens, and glass frames.

Here's an advert promoting the new set, here you can see how its 'seperated' for each programme

@Kendo Yanar:Yeah, not sure if Het Journaal can follow this.

(UPDATE:Oh s**t,I got a wrong name......corrected.)
