From what I understand WSCV has greatly improved their product since Comcast bought NBC where they started infusing money like crazy. I believe during the past few sweeps cycles they've dominated the market coming at #1 during the 6 and 11 PM newscasts regardless of language.

Not just WSCV, but all the Telemundo-owned stations have vastly improved across the board since Comcast took over. In fact Comcast is still in the process of adding local news to some stations and increasing their output as well. The NBC stations also got the same treatment.
