I find this highly modified map of Europe quite strange for the opening of a news broadcast.

SIC (Portugal), Jornal da Noite , 2008, when Rodrigo Guedes de Carvalho and Clara de Sousa presented together (probably the following year, the bulletin returned to a single-presenter format, with either Rodrigo or Clara presenting) and the headline sequence appeared after the title sequence (instead of before the clock):

Was Donna also available for colour-bar duties in that blouse?

The Germans really like their virtual sets don't they? (cf ZDF Heute)

Odd that the body language and dress sense is so casual and the set so - err - not.
