He was saying "you can find our videos on Globo Cop".
Globo Cop is the helicopter used by Globo Sao Paulo. Globo Play is Rede Globo's video on demand service.

Yesterday, Brazil's Record TV and some of their affiliates brought back local evening newscasts (or launched new ones) in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, among other cities, and relaunched their existing local bulletins, collectively known as " Praça Record ".

Another European city-based news channel that comes to mind is GrandLille.TV, a fairly low-budget operation serving the French city of Lille. Here's a 2015 promo:



There's also BX1 in Brussels, which isn't technically an all-news channel, but much of its schedule consists of news and information:
