I don't know if it'll be the same as 2014, but then the overnight full replays were the best game of the day irrespective of whether it was live on ITV or BBC. Sometimes there was already a stand-out match scheduled for the day, like Portgual v Spain would be, and on other occassions they made the decision on what game to show after seeing how things went that day. Fairly sure there were a few times Sport didn't confirm what the match would be until around midnight (they were played down from Salford I think).

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but according to the BBC schedule site, BBC One is showing a full match replay of Russia vs Saudi Arabia (ITV) overnight on Thursday.

This seems to be promotion over previous match replays from the 2014 WC, which were overnight on BBC Two.
However overnight on Friday, BBC One is showing a match replay of Portugal v Spain, which is the game they showed earlier in the evening. I am expecting that to actually be Morocco v Iran which is the ITV game.

If these overnight replays are all ITV games, my guess is that is how they will be shown in 4K for people who want them, and they'll be available to view on iPlayer afterwards.
