And plus we only got the news about Christian and Katty reuniting (screen wise) and moving to 9:00pm and Outside Source moving to 7:00 near enough the last minute (i.e the weekend)-i'm guessing the Scheduling template needs updating again to re-add NewsWatch.

And yes, those back halfhour's from after The News at Nine on Monday have just appeared-I wouldn't be surprised if Monday on the NC prior to 7:00pm is the Sunday format (i.e 9:00-2:00, 2:00-7:00 etc)

Does the Daily Express just recycle stories at weekends? This is utterly pathetic!

Oh my absolute God. As soon as I saw Rachel Burden sitting in for Naga this morning, I just knew the Daily Express would run an exclusive on it. She's presented every day since Tuesday and is simply having a day off to compensate, like most people.

Not just weekends.

Do they run a story that GMB has been axed every Saturday?

Did they run a story that Louise had been axed on Monday?

They did, only this time, she wasn’t axed, she was simply absent.

I don’t get why this stuff keeps being shared on here though? It’s long established that they operate this way, because it generates ad revenue with attention-grabbing headlines. Is it really worth any of your brain space after all this time? I don’t think there’s any value sharing the links here week after week and being flabbergasted. It’s like me being flabbergasted that my Post Office sells envelopes. It’s literally how they operate.

If anything, posting it here will only increase said ad revenue.

I think it just annoys people that there's so many out there at the moment facing job losses, yet there's still people employed to write and edit such guff on a weekly basis.

I guess, Joe, because the Post Office genuinely does sell envelopes and doesn’t pretend to be NASA. Or anything other than the Postal Service.

Whereas the Express (and others) try to pass-off that “tat” as credible journalism. When stripped back, it’s anything but.

Notwithstanding, I take your point.
