I've definitely seen some UK Weakest Link on Challenge; I seem to recall it being the prime time (US-style) set stuff, and maybe toward the end of the VMTV era or the very beginning of the Sky era.


Think the prime time version was only aired when the Virgin-Sky switchover was taking place.

I also recall some daytime Weakest Link around 2009-ish?

If it's the Simon Mayo one, it's not really that different, as they've showed it loads of times.

If it's the Holness one though, especially if it's a series they haven't shown before (I've only know them show the first & last ITV series and the 1994 Sky series).

On the other hand they could suprise us even more and show the Aspel or Goddard series.

Its listed on the EPG as Bob Holness and its most likely going to be the last ITV series or the 1994 Sky series. They might still have the first series from 1983 but I dunno how many episodes they aired of it before it was pulled...

Aspel Blockbusters was disappointing and Tarbuck was, well I dunno I never saw much of it apart from odd YouTube clips so I can't pass comment.

Did Challenge ever have the last series that was originally broadcast on ITV? I've never seen them show the last episode where Bob confirms that it's the end of Blockbusters.
