I thought the 0900 was from World normally?
The News at Five Studio must be under maintenance or something as Annita did the 9:00-9:15 segment this morning from the World News studio.

And have we seen The Film Review come from A before?

The Film Review came from Studio C as usual - though I believe, correct me if wrong, it is prerecorded. It could be related to the EU deal, with all the delays they have needed to shift studios around in case of breaking news as so not to affect BBC World News Today?

I don't think it is normally pre-recorded as Mark Kermode is at Five Live until around 1630 (it finshes at 1600 but they do podcast extras straight after), and he has mentioned on air that he goes straight from there to do the News Channel show after.
However, being half term Mayo and Kermode weren't on Five Live this week (Mayo was still on R2) - David Morrissey and Robbie Collin sat in - and Jason Solomons was on The Film Review instead, so arrangements could have been different this week. If Gavin Esler was in earlier in the week, it could have even been done then.

Yeah he did with him going to Christian Fraser almost immediately.
I'm curious did Chris Rogers just crash into programming for BBC NC as well or is someone else handling the domestic side?

Chris came on after the first item was dealt with on News watch. Quite neatly done although clock and ticker disappeared.

Since anyone who receives the BBC News Channel can also receive BBC One, why do they even simulcast the news at 10? Why not air, say, a news-oriented talk show at that time?
Right now they are not showing the PM's speech, instead news at 10. Some news channel.
