Since the News Channel is covering the Labour leadership, the 12pm national bulletin came from Studio A with Annita McVeigh. No closing shot of the newsroom, instead a wide shot of the studio, presumably as there is no access to the trundle cam from Studio A's gallery.
I'm not sure which gallery is running the NC at the moment, as presumably Studio E was used for Dateline London for World (hence why Gavin Esler didn't present the bulletin as normal since there was no time to get to Studio A)

I much prefer the wide shot at the end of the bulletins, but given that there about 3 bulletins a week where they don't just throw to the regions, it's hardly the end of the world.
World don't actually air Dateline London until much later in the day, recorded as live. It's possible that they didn't bother doing it earlier as I expect Gavin would have had to be on standby in case the live Westminster link went down (not sure what this means for the later broadcasts)
Edit: Judging by this tweet at 11.50am I assume it will be recorded a bit later. It was in the schedule for 1.30pm but is now in the schedule again for 2.30pm....

E was in charge on News Channel and BBC Two till 1233.
Meanwhile A did the BBC One midday news.
Channel then switched to gallery C for Sport at 1320 till weather at 1355.
Dateline was then recorded in E at 1325.

I know Dateline has since been explained, but I guess World would have been showing the Labour leadership announcement live as well? CNNI and AJE both showed it live so it would have been rather odd for BBC World not to have done so
The midday bulletin on BBC1 had a strange start to it, no titles, no headlines, no bed, just straight to Gavin Esler with a quick "Good afternoon" then straight into reading the first story.

Yeah that start was strange as I was watching it myself.
I recall that there was a sound error with the music when Joe Lynam appeared and sat at the desk facing Gavin in the Studio. As soon as Joe finished talking the camera shots went a little bit awry for Gavin afterwards.
