Considering Click has the dirty great big red strap to cover the ticker, it's been recorded from the NC.

I'm surprised at how much content from the iPlayer is from the actual tx these days complete with continuity.

I think that is mainly the case with live programmes. At one point iPlayer would sometimes ingest live content via a different workflow, but there were too many issues with rehearsals going out...

They've done it with Casualty, Holby City and Pound Shop Wars which aren't live.

For Click they seem reliant upon the broadcast in the middle of the night as it seems to be the slot least likely to be dropped.

IIRC the Saturday 00:30 showing was added for this very reason. Previous to this, the first broadcast was on Saturday morning which often got bumped for breaking news or a BBC One simulcast.

Bit of a problem with the 11pm TOTH on BBC News just now.

No audio clips to accompany the headlines/astons leaving the bed music running, the intro music was missing on the titles/newsroom pan, Christian's microphone was left off cutting in mid-sentence and to top it all off it appears the autocue failed at the screens with Christian Fraser reverting to his paper scripts.

Well handled by Christian who didn't flinch.

Outside Source finished early at 2153, Azi Farni filled in with a sports bulletin filler before Weather for the Week.

Same the night before - I wonder why, sport doesn't even normally come at that point in the hour.

It's to fit in a BBC World film which I think is running for the next few years - The Genius Behind

Any reason why World are simulcasting with the News channel at 7pm at the moment?

Oregon community college shooting possibly. Laura Bicker did mention World, so assume this is still simulcast?

The World simulcast began at 1900 UK Time. The developments of the shooting began after that. They seem to be short staffed and have put Tim on the two channel for tonight till 2100.

Why take HardTalk with a breaking news story big enough to justify a simulcast?

Gavin Grey has turned up on the News Channel, so you might be right!

No camera movements on the NC so far. Full titles used for the opening with still camera shots on Gavin and reporter.
