This was just far too obvious an idea to leave hanging around... so here's an ident "remix" of mine.
For those not familiar with the concept, that just means I swapped one soundtrack for another
With thanks to VMPhil for the recording of the news ident. I hope you don't mind.

Well that's a bit more like it, isn't it? I never thought I'd be so grateful for seeing live action idents with people but they're well done and suitably festive. A nice touch not to go for the obvious overhead shot and a welcome return for the day/night endboards too.
Music just needs toning down on the News ident (they obviously haven't composed a less upbeat version which is a shame), maybe NI will edit it?

Whose job was it to super the "Scotland" caption onto the end board?
Or is Walliams supposed to have it written on him...

I'll be honest, they are better than what we have had the last few years, but I'm not fully loving these BBC ONE idents. The Doctor Who one seems very short and the Strictly one isn't very 'Strictly'. Also, the Bake Off one makes no sense as it isn't a "big Christmas show". Plus I'm really starting to hate programme specific idents. It seems lazy. Those Tenant Doctor Who ones from a few years ago were bloody terrible. I also don't like the circle reveal at the end. Looks strange as the bottom left tree doesn't seem in line to complete the circle, and when it does, it still looks like there's too much of a gap either side. Maybe they'll grow on me, but my initial reaction was "um, that's awful".

Each to their own I suppose. I do agree that a generic ident should've been created as well as program-specific ones, and as for the circular formation at the end... at least it's not a diamond!
As for the Bake Off ident, the 2005 ident was clearly based upon Charlie & The Chocolate Factory... even though the film was never shown on BBC One, it was a big enough fad at the time to warrant it. The same thinking was no doubt applied this year too with GBBO.
Mind you, with that thinking, we should be glad this year's presentation doesn't consist of the film "Frozen" (perish the thought!
