Listening to some of these announcements, the announcers sounding chuffed that they have something to work with, it really feels like the channel is getting its mojo back.

This will make the mock makers run for the hills.



Just some masking trickery in Sony Vegas Pro.

You can make a full 30" copy of Swan, by using the normal version, and the edit of Swan, both shown on BBC2 Wales at the moment. Wales' edit of Swan is simply the ident from 15" in (and usually played up to the 30" point), and, as long as you use a capture of the normal version with no continuity announcement until after the 15" point, you'll end up with a welcome delay in the announcement.

It's fun what you can do with a bit of video trickery.

Car will join the set on Network soon along with about 8 others including Kebab. They will stay for the rest of the year without the "Window on the World" reappearing.....AFAIK

BBC2 have around 30 idents from 1991 up to the white/ ellow CGI era of 2001. Just reintroduce the lot and mix them up for the junctions.

Am I the only one that thought it was planned and funny that they used Swan to introduce Joanna Gosling?
