I say well done to Network as well - Copper Cutout may have been expected, but not Paint and Neon also. Wish they wouldn't use the Subtitles flag, though!

And they used the 1991 logo on all of them, which was a nice touch.

A brilliant selection from BBC Two Wales.

No it didn't. Only the 1990 episode of I Love The Nineties was ninety minutes long, the rest were an hour.

Why can't you say any more? What was cut?

No they weren't. As I said above, the 1990 episode was ninety minutes, but the rest were sixty minutes, including 1996 which was the one they showed last night. Given they've happily shown the ninety minute I Love The Eighties in recent weeks, why would they need to edit this down to an hour?

Steve is right. Having checked Times Digital Archive, apart from 1990, the rest of the "90s" were shown for 1 hour.

Tricks of the minds, Wink I do remember a UKTV channel chopping 15mins from its first run of the 70s series.

What an absolute bleeding mess BBC2 is these days. This constant use of old idents, such as for last night and for the Afternoon Classics, may be lovely for us who are interested, but the whole channel is becoming an incoherent mess that clearly sees itself as well past it's best.

There really do need to have a revamp which has the best of the 90s and 00s idents but set in the real world while have youth and oap approval
