Not Ri Chun-hee. Ri Chun-hee is considerably older than the lady at the end of the clip. There are at least half a dozen anchormen and women on KCTV. We only know of Ri Chun-hee because she was Kim Jong-il's favourite. Telling the anchors apart is complicated by the fact North Korean women are compelled to wear identical hairstyles.
