Kay, Andrew Wilson, Paula Middlehurst, Jeremy and Jon Desborough aswell as Peter Sharp reporting. I don't know how they get such high profile presenters in on Christmas day, probably bucket loads of cash helps!
There will be hundreds of behind the scenes personnel working for stations and channels around the country today as normal. Arguably, you don't need presenters, but the back room staff will always need to be there, yet it's the presenters that get the sympathy and congratulations on here
So I say thank you to
all
people working to bring us TV on Christmas Day, especially those who have left families at home to keep ours entertained and informed. You all deserve far more recognition than you get.

Out of that list, I would only have Jeremy and Kay as Sky's Top Brass.

I don't, many choose to work Christmas Day, and the ones who don't will be compensated for by money or time off elsewhere. Many other people work Christmas.
As your comment for not needing presenters, imagine the backlash on here if Sky decided to run reports back to back on Christmas Day without presenters or any other TV network for that matter?

Well I would consider Jon Desborough the top sports presenter considering he is on Monday-Thursday during Afternoon live and Live at Five. Peter Sharp is a senior news correspondent and Sarah Hughes who was presenting NaT will be working daily with Adam Bolton in the new year. Also Andrew Wilson is the Fri-Sun Live at Five presenter as well as covering many OB's such as Chile, US elections and Burma, so I think there were a good showing of flagship presenters in comparison to ITV or BBC.

Sunday January 9th 1000-1030: Murnaghan
: Dermot Murnaghan with the weekend’s news and top interviews and debate, plus a review of the day’s newspapers.
Its listed from 1000-1200 in half hour slots. So glad theyre moving away from adding LIVE to every programme name.
Charlotte Hawkins presenting NSW this lunchtime, presumably in place of Colin Brazier who presented Sunrise this morning. She's also reading the sport as there's no sports presenter on.

Charlie Thomas was the sunrise presenter it might be a break between shifts and no because NSW is not normally on at this time it is Sky News Today with Dermot. I suppose there is no real presenter schedule it being in the festive period.
