She had a bit of banter with Rob Curling earlier on. Kay quite heavily alluded to the fact that the reason for her being almost voiceless and not quite firing on all cylinders was due to overdoing the Drambuie last night.
Tut. Tut. But LOL. She's just like us, really.
And watching that dog eating mince pies out of Kays hand live at the newsdesk was also something you don't get to see every day in a TV Newsroom.

If Eamon was ever tempted away to Daybreak or elsewhere, does anyone think Kay would be a good replacement for Sunrise? She seems a lot more comfortable (*cough* and human *cough*) in this slot.
She's already had two stints on Sunrise! 1993-5 and 1998-2001.

Just interested only seen bits of sky over Christmas, but can someone post a list of who's done what? It would be appreciated!
Like the idea of Mark going on nights and Steven on mornings, don't know wht it is about him but I've never really been a fan, so it's good news, I never watch sunrise on weekends so it's all good! I would like to see Lukwesa Burak move to daytime! There's a few of sky's current crop I'd get rid off and some like (Anna and Lukwesa) should get more prominence on the schedules!! I'll post my perfect schedule later! & does Chloe Potter still work/ present for Sky she's really good also!
