If BBC West manage without a proper studio much longer, they may as well move down to BBC Plymouth's new facility at Sutton Quay and operate in the same way as ITV West/Westcountry - sharing the same location to produce two programmes.

However, I don't think Sutton Quay is ready until the latter half of next year, unfortunately. Sad

Slightly off topic, Midlands Today occasionally use PW's Gloucestershire reporter.
Does PW occasionally use any 'stray' MT reporter that just happens to appear in Gloucestershire in return?

Giles Latcham was on PW the other week but I think it was a Midlands Today report.

When I was there last week, the lighting was being replotted.

It'll be the first week of December for its first TX.

They sometimes use BBC Spotlight reports too, but then Spotlight also use Points West reports as Somerset is covered by both regions.

Steve appears on BBC Oxford every so often too, when he's reporting from the Cotswolds. It's pretty common for regional reporters and correspondents to work to more than one region when they're in a cross-over area.
