BT are joining in play at 5pm tomorrow PSG's first fixture in Ligue1 hopeful of Neymar making an appearance. Seems the UEFA 3pm. blackout 'kicks in' tomorrow.

According to these articles the 3pm blackout only applies in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Montenegro across Europe and they are enforced by their own Football Association therefore in England and Scotland the blackout begins today and applies to all football not just domestic, the blackout wasn't enforced last Saturday and for example Quest had the Emirates Cup over 3pm-5pm and BT Sport had a 3pm kickoff in the Scottish League Cup. The only time the blackout is not enforced is on International Weekends as has been the case in the past as when BBC NI held the Northern Ireland rights they frequently had 3pm kickoffs as did Scotland and England around the same time and it's not enforced for the Cup Finals of the respective nations however nowadays very few internationals for the Home Nations at least kick off at 3pm on a Saturday. The blackout doesn't apply in Wales and they have in the past covered Welsh Premiership at 3pm on S4C and RTE, Setanta Ireland and now Sky Sports Ireland cover a Premier League 3pm kickoff although very few League of Ireland matches play at 3pm on a Saturday, mostly their matches are on a Friday night or Sunday afternoon.

The blackout goes up to 17:15, the PSG match kicks off at 16:15 UK time so conveniently the second half will be able to be covered from the start. The first 15 minutes of tomorrow's show will look at the presentation of Neymar to the crowd.

Look out for a few little changes from 6am. Nothing too huge, just a rather nice refinement.
