It's regularly aired on their YouTube and AppleTV feeds for content that they don't have rights too. Incidentally I tried finding information about their news syndication service but had no luck.
Some sort of Sky sports news industry promo just aired after the sport update before fading into the presenter linking into ads. What was that about?

No mention of it being the last game on Setanta, though they did end up picking the match with the most goals of the day for their last game. Just that it was the end of the season, as if they'd be back next year.
(Though I suppose from their point of view they will be back next year, as they'll still be acting as agents for BT Sport and their 5:30pm KOs).
They still have a highlights show at 10:00pm tonight and those rights have yet to be tied down for the next period (and as I recall last time, Setanta only won the rights a week or so before the 2013-14 season kicked off, in circumstances where RTE had decided not to bid). I suspect TV3 will go for that package this time around though.
