To be honest, I think he'd swap his show for GMB happily.

Can't imagine that.

Although, I'd LOVE this...

GMB 6.00-9.30
Lorraine 9.30-10.30
This Morning 10.30-12.30

Notice how Jeremy is calming Kate down. Whenever she attempts to laugh or go off subject, Jeremy buts in with the scripted lines.

Also, It wouldn't surprise if they offered him a permanent place in the team. If they give Piers one with the rocky reception he got, i'm sure they'd be thinking of having Jeremy. He's a good interviewer and actually improves the shows atmosphere. More calmer, in control.

To be honest, I think he'd swap his show for GMB happily.

I have often said to people that Jeremy Kyle is wasted on The Jeremy Kyle Show as he has often proven he can do much better programmes. He has been brilliant on GMB this week but; the money he must get for his own show; who can blame him if he prefers to do his own show?

I have always liked GMB right since day one and I think it has improved with Piers being on and shown new strengths with Jeremy this week. I am looking forward to seeing Mark Austin next week. It will be interesting seeing him and Ranvir doing GMB rather then the National News which they have done together many times.

I wonder if Alastair Stewart will ever come on GMB? Don't forget Tom Bradby already has for the election special and he may again for the US Election Coverage.

I suspect if Jeremy Kyle did move on they'd only seek to find a direct replacement for his show instead, though Judge Rinder would probably slip into the slot easily enough.

As things stand though the only role I could see him getting is either replacing Ben or becoming the regular guest host when Ben and Piers are not available (so more for holiday cover than being a weekly fixture), and in either case I suspect he'd continue with his show unless he opted to walk away from it.

And remember despite people's dislike for the show, Jeremy Kyle gets a higher rating that most other shows on daytime ITV. People do like to watch, even if half are just sneering at the people on the show.

I can't stand the show but have never really had a problem with him as a presenter or when he's appeared on other things.

Maybe having Jeremy guest present is a try out if Ben intends to leave when his two year contract runs out in April? That could be why he was presenting with Kate, not Charlotte. I suppose there's no point having him present with Charlotte as a main presenter if they wouldn't see each other. Kyle would be with Garraway on both of his days if he replaced Ben (Susanna as well on one day).

Mark Austin is a strange one though. Maybe the producers want to go newsier again.

Bringing Mark Austin in is strangely familiar as to when Brian Williams guest presented Today.

Him and Ranvir though should and I expect will be how the programme itself should be.

Or they could actually have This Morning on the air in the morning . Sorry, that's a bit too sensible.

It's a bit too pedantic.

Why would they do that? It's been running perfectly well in the slot it has for donkeys years.
