Wherever has reported it has obviously got it wrong. That will be for the entire winter season lasting until April

what was ITV last good sitcom? on the buses? Men behaving baldy?

After Henry IMO was one of the last decent sitcoms they made. But then I suppose it was a BBC radio sitcom adapted for television.

Benidorm, and it even impressed the miserable-we-only-like-BBC1-lot over on Digital Spy.

There is a preview video of new stuff coming up, including the new dramas for 2008 on the website, with a few glimpses of the itv1 logo being used in different ways. There is a separate preview of the Royal Today.

That's a nicely put together video - once I'd looked all over the page to find the flippin link! Rubbish website design.

The different use of the ITV1 logo was interesting. Bit boring as idents but a nice idea to design it similar to its surroundings.

Whilst concentrating on the programmes should absolutely be top of the agenda for ITV1 next year, I still think there's going to be a missed opportunity to add some sparkle, glitz and life back into the presentation and idents when these 'changes' come in.

Great video, a lot of that stuff looks brilliant particularly The Fixer.

Nice to see the ITV1 logo in different ways too.

Also, someone on DS has said that The Royal Today will go out at 10am.

Let's just say this is true for a minute: firstly, what about Jeremy Kyle? secondly, what will go at 9.25pm for half an hour? and lastly, wouldn't the ratings suck there?

Any thoughts?

Maybe they'll extend GMTV to 10:00 - or could they stop GMTV at 9:00?

GMTV till 9;

9:00 - Jeremy Kyle
10:00 - The Royal Today
10:30 - This Morning
12:30 - News?

GMTV till 10;

GMTV though is a separate ITV licence though, so would it really be feasible to extend or shorten it.
