On a side note, Professor Green looks like a constantly sad puppy. Plus, if you're going to lip sync (and that's where the fun comes from, seeing your mouth move to the words), why the hell is he covering it with a microphone completely ruining the concept?

He hardly covers his mouth completely with the mic though does he, 90% of the shots you can clearly see his mouth and him lip syncing the songs, its just done for the promo, and so they can get that random shot of him dropping it at the end.

But apart from dropping the microphone at the end, there is absolutely no reason for him to have a microphone in the first place. Mel B doesn't have one. The contestants on the show don't get one, because they aren't singing, only miming.

I do like Mel's bits on the promo, 'Hello' and then whatever that second thing is she sings/raps/whatever the hell it is, was funny.

If you've hired a new face for your main bulletins, it would be rather remiss to waste the opportunity not to introduce a new look.
I'm sure Matt Barbet said they would be back in the new year with a new look on the last main bulitin of 2015. Maybe the big reveal is on Monday?
