Do we have a date for the new look launch yet? If that is the new logo, I can't wait to see it all in action.

I agree with many others. That certainly does look as though it has a lot of potential.

I bet someone will get their wrists slapped for letting that out early . . . Razz

I'm with pad-e and hope 5* gets rebranded into a name that makes sense. Then again they are now in control of the people responsible for "MTV Music"...

Well I'm not making any judgments yet. Let's remember how horrified we were when we first saw the red "Channel 5" logo.

Crap then, and crap now.

The new logo reminds me of this...

Has the cat gone back in the bag? I'm only seeing the current logo and Demand 5 one.

So a curvier cousin of Channel 4 then?

I got a picture of it earlier today. The problem is the graphic itself was very small and low res, so this close up shot is quite pixellated, but hopefully it's a bit clearer.

I like though it is quite C4.

Any better quality screengrabs? I wonder what Demand 5, 5 USA and 5* will look like with the new logo now it has been "de-circled".

(Still think 5* is a horrible name and they should rebrand it too.)

Considering ITV and C4 have re branded much more successful on demand services I would hope Demand 5 is due for similar treatment.

It vaguely reminds me of KTLA's old logo:

It's probably because it's monochrome but it actually looks quite old fashioned in that particular picture.

Me to. The original names 'holding' licence names of 5.1 and 5.2 were, by far the best names they've come up with for those channels.
