If these idents are here to stay for the long haul I would like to see Swan/Predator reedited with a smaller Subtitles flag at some point. It really does dominate the screen, particularly as it's white on grey during Swan.

The 50th Birthday Cake ident was shown before The Great British Bake Off: An extra Slice, on Friday, I think on NI (but could have been Wales).

The good thing about the 50th birthday idents for me is that it's shown that the creative talent is still alive somewhere within the BBC/RedBee to even think about commissioning something like that giving BBC Two it's character back.

Would make sense though. If the theme is 'action twos' (for want of a better phrase) then Woodpecker was the obvious missing one.
