EPG updated. ITV News staying on air until 2pm. This Morning won't be coming back and Loose Women has been cancelled.

I fully understand what been said but proper rules must be followed and the commons must vote on this first. To say this will happen isn't 100%......

Looks like BBC News special on BBC One has been extended to 1pm according to the BBC's now & next info, though the channel schedules page has yet to update.

Rather fortuitous that the BBC didn't go ahead and merge BBC World News and the BBC News Channel.

ITV has proven over the past few years that it does take major breaking news seriously.

Does that mean itv will give us a live programme tomorrow from the commons once it rubber stamped and may goes off to the queen?

General Election, Scotish Referendum, EU Referendum and now another General Election. It's been a busy few years for the creative teams.

What about the local elections in two weeks time.

I wonder which programme has Elstree D booked for early June and is suddenly finding itself needing a Plan B?

(I assume there is a clause in booking contact to allow for election coverage to preempt and kick whatever was booked in there out?)
