Apologies for being a few days late with this, and for it being pesky SD (even though Plymouth is capable of HD).
It's the end of Spotlight on 19/07/17, which happened to play out the longest version of their bespoke title music that I have heard so far.
It was following the flooding in the village of Coverack in Cornwall. Nobody was injured, but these seem to be frequent events in Cornwall these days.
I left in the final comments from main presenter, Justin Leigh, as he was clearly rather emotional about the events regarding the helicopter rescue of a couple from their rooftop after the garden surrounding their house was washed away into the sea by the flood (at 1:20). (Edit . . . 1:04)
