Special Friday edition of Kay Burley@Breakfast from Brussels then we cut to the studio with Stephen and Gillian stood next to Sky News @Breakfast on the screen before the titlecard of Kay Burley@Breakfast. Nice consistent branding there.

Edit: Usual boring shot of the corridor but they have got a 5 second looping "sunrise" on the screens behind them outside the glass box

The sport is done stood in front of the big screen which is just displaying Sky News @Breakfast throughout

The weather handover is a bit awkward. Jo appeared behind them mid sentence and then they had to turn right round to introduce her

Instead of looking at the papers "week in review" returns in the final segment of the hour

My thoughts exactly - I know it probably made more sense to keep Kay in Brussels rather than send S or G out but some consistency would be nice.

Lewis Goodall Is reporting from a Brexit rally tonight. Nigel Farage is addressing those there whilst Lewis stands at the back of the room talking to the camera. An increasing amount of people kept turning round and looking at him before a load of them told him to shush as they were trying to listen to Nigel Farage. one woman even told him to go away followed by p*ss off. did he shut up? no he carried on with his negative agenda but I wouldn't expect anything else from sky news these days

Not sure who that is

I don't think I've ever heard Lewis Goodall say 1 positive thing about Brexit. It was downright rude to hold a live update like that in the middle of the speech. You can see people as far as half way down the audience looking round for where the talking is coming from. quite amusing to watch and glad they told him to shut up

Lewis isn't there to be positive or negative. His job is to report on the events and then analyse which I've heard in the past make remarks that have been against one side or the other based on his skills. That's impartiality.

In that case he spectacularly fails then he's about as un-impartial as they come. I won't miss him when he goes to NewsNight

Most people in the London bubble are remainers. Most journalists are in that bubble and are against Brexit. Some hide it better than others and some fail spectacularly. People on here won't agree with me and that's your opinions but to me sky news just screams the remain channel these days and has done for a long time. Twitter/Facebook are by no means the holy grail but how often do you see people say they are bias in favour of leave?. hardly ever. How many people think they are bias to remain?. every few comments.

On a positive note I do think the pledge has improved. they still talk over each other but not like they did at the start and its now something I watch at midnight every Friday night. The branding of the pledge is much more interesting than anything else on Sky News. The special font which is consistent in the studio, on the graphics and titles. The studio looks quite big on screen too. basic but those panels with the words etched into them look effective from a distance and on the close up shots. I think I prefer it to the press preview these days as its pretty much the same thing 7 nights a week just with different people.

Apart from, erm:

- Julia Hartley-Brewer
- Mike Graham
- Nick Ferrari
- Iain Dale
- Andrew Neil
- Virtually the entire political staff of The Telegraph, The Express, The Sun, The Mail, The Mail on Sunday and The Spectator

I did say most and hardly any of those examples are on tv news. I don't read the papers I just see the press previews on Sky News.

After I posted the above I did a search on Twitter for "Sky News Bias" just to see what it comes up with and most of the comments are about their bias against Brexit. its not me saying it its hundreds of others day in day out. Look at any tweet Sky News put out on brexit and read through the comments.

I'm interested to see other people's views outside of the London bubble too. did you vote leave? Do you think they are against Brexit? probably best you PM me as I don't want to take this off the topic of sky news presentation

edit: I forgot to mention earlier about the list of guests they had on for the first Kay Burley@Breakfast.
Can you spot the problem?

- SNP Leader & Scotland's First Minister @NicolaSturgeon

- London Mayor @SadiqKhan

- Labour's shad minister for cab office Jon Trickett

- LD's Sam Gyimah

All remainers. they do themselves no favours
