I've lost count at how many years Lucy worked full time at ITV Central? Seem to remember at one point she was a newsreader and reporter for Central News East in Nottingham, then entertainment correspondent, then moved to weather.

Stacey Foster seems to be covering more and more these days. Not too sure if we shall continue to see her very often. The same was said in Meridian land when Debbie departed.

I forgot about Stacey Foster.
We had a good pool in the mid-00's as covers - Arti Halai, Yvonne Gaskill, Michelle Robinson, Philipa Tomas, SJ Mee, Annette Finch etc... and that was after Llewella and Jo.
Also, was it Jonathan Rae? and Kevin something?

Kevin Ashford was main anchor of CNE until 2005 then moved over to the border to ITV Wales. Last I know he was West Wales correspondent.
Jonathan Ray was a Central stalwart jumping between East and West over the years. He left around 2003? A brief stint at the BBC in Nottingham before leaving Television. I am sure I read he went onto employment at the University of Nottingham.

I'm sure Kevin Ashford presented in the West a few times, and I remember him doing the main evening show with Bob Warman once. Think it was early 00's.

And I'd guess the vast majority of viewers don't care who presents the weather provided they're competent. Any anyone finding themselves actively disliking someone for the fairly innocuous activity of presenting the weather should probably have words with themselves rather than questioning the broadcasters recruitment process.

Many regional weather presenters are household names in their respective parts of the country and would be sorely missed if they were to leave.
I'd say in the regions, the weather presenter is just as important to viewers as the actual presenters.
