The story is for Drusillas Park in Alfriston... Sussex. Unless the country borders have been re-drawn?

Something went wrong here in the SE this evening, the weather played at 6pm for a good 10 seconds then went to Sangers and Fred with a bit of the titles audio in the background it was an abrupt start with Fred quickly chucking down his papers. But then Maybe it was meant to be a pan regional buletin which they werent ready for

I would guess the OB of Fred and Sangers on the roof at the end was pre-recorded.

Also, all this snow has given them an excuse to fill time with Fred's 'The Way We Were' documentary cleverly disguised as a news article on how winters used to be.

Not to my knowledge! I have pointed it out to Tunbridge Wells, but with it being 'yesterday's' news, they'll probably won't bother.

Surely they would have known, given it's their patch and the Children In Need OB came from there this (last) year??

So how many other regions have gone to the effort of re-editing their title sequence with the recent wintry scenes? SET have, including ending the title with a man pushing his car.

Midlands Today didn't re-edit - they did their usual OTT stuff "FROZEN MIDLANDS" covered in snow and ice.

I noticed that. Was today the first day they used those titles? I didn't notice them yesterday but I can't remember if I caught the start of the programme yesterday or not.

It's a real 'snow news' day really isn't it. I.e, nothing else but the snow, Fred saying he hates the snow, Siberian Sarah, viewers pics of snow, "just time for one Special mention, Happy Birthday to Doris in Oxford" Programme ends. Laughing

They haven't removed them from their server Neutral, Clearly don't want to keep the new look long then.

Ah, clearly he won't be returning to media then, despite saying "I'll still be around, I won't be going far" before the amalgamation.

There has been so many 'non-news' stories on Meridian these days, it's unbelieveable. The other day there was one about a chicken that was given an ASBO for being too loud. I mean... jee.

What's made worse is the fact that Fred and Sangeeta STILL DON'T GEL together. It's just cringeable.
