Chris Ship says the blue hues get darker during the day

The "NEWS" font looks identical to that of Sky. It looks very virtual from that picture. From what we can see it looks like a drastic improvement to the old set but still lagging considerably compared to 2008.

I'll post this here, as the main ITV thread is moving far too fast for anyone to take notice. A couple of people have mentioned that this new set is "virtual within virtual". Can anyone explain what that means?

Very angular - lots of right angles and corners.

I like it though - much better than the current version.

Is the desk VR. the back drop looks great, tv and desk look tacky. Looks like a set built for just one presenter.

It reminds me a bit of the Sky News Arabia set

I like it, reminds me of RTE a bit, but it's probably just the teal.

Wonder if they'll have pictures behind them while they're reading the news story.

No sign of Big Ben, hope the bongs remain

The new ITV News theme just about keeps the originality but is more techno-based and it's by new composers. If it's where I think it is. I'm probably completely wrong as it is 1 in the morning!

Is it still not permitted to post even the name of a music library?
