Does anyone know what has happened to ABC World News Tonight on the News Channel?

It didn't air last night, and according to the Sky EPG is being replaced by Asis Business Report and Sport Today.

According to the BBC News programmes webpage; it says the bulletin last aired was on the 27th of March and it also says there are no upcoming broadcasts from the TV.

I think when Buisness Live starts to cover the 15 minute gap till Victoria Derbyshire, either she should do a bulletin of news or they simulcast WN or move Buisness Live to E, keep one or both in studio and have a UK roundup before moving to B for VD or they should opt-back into Breakfast for one last news, sport and buisness update with the more light hearted stuff restricted to the half hour where it's only BBC One. What do people think?

The bit where she says "the public is so opinionated.... And I LOVE it" is so Siobhan Sharpe.

This tweet from an editor of VD & Newsbeat suggests that there is going to be a Newsbeat debate broadcast on the NC at 2100 and then Two at 2320.

Seems to be strange to me that a Newsbeat program is to be broadcast on the NC.

It wont be the first Newsbeat programme broadcast on the News Channel.

I believe they broadcast a Scottish Referendum debate last year on the channel.

Why not on BBC Three I wonder? Oh wait, the BBC are winding it down.....

Someone please tell me that this did genuinely go out at 20:16 on Saturday the 4th of April
