Those moving lights across the studio are a bit naff. The 'X' on the front of the desk reminds me of The X Factor judges desk of all things.
Apart from that, it's okay, but a bit too dark compared to 2010.
Also, it seems Huw Edwards will be saying "Here in the BBC Election Studio" at the end of every sentence like 2010.

I like how the set looks like a bigger version of Studio E. It's strange to see real camera operators there!

Was that an ironic comment as his feet are masked out?

That was a great set, made better by the fact elements like the window looked real when I believe it was just a video wall.
My favourite BBC election set of all time is this one. I think it's from 2005.

Sound's a bit botched in the opening titles.

Although I suspect that's sarcasm, I do like the graphics - looks far better as an abstract design, rather than them trying to create a virtual extension of the studio, which in that past has always ended up looking rather naff.
The desk is a bit too white - I wonder if the original plan was to have the multi-coloured cube design behind the X to match the election branding but for some reason couldn't be managed.
Jeremy Vine's Virtual Reality just gets better and better.

That is an nice set, particularly as it seems to be mostly real elements, less blurry fake newsroom screens that you get these days.

Just looks epic. Love it. A nice few tweaks, fewer/no background LEDs this time? The shot revealing the VR set from the real set (and back again) just gets me every time, looks so good. Was the VR a bit jittery or was that just my TV? I was watching in HD and parts of it looked as though the VR couldn't quite keep up with the camera position. A minor niggle though.
