Excellent first shift as main presenter with Eamonn from Isabel this morning

I watched her from 9am-10am and don't really warm to her. I think she still has a lot to learn, maybe she was just trying a bit too hard on her first day in the new role but she does need to look at a few things she did.

I know we can't all agree! But looking through Twitter the response to Isabel seems overwhelmingly positive!

I didn't watch Isabel's debut this morning, but on the occasions I've seen her covering Sunrise, she's always been solid in her delivery. I'm sure we'll see more of her personality after she gels with Eamonn after a couple of weeks of working together.

I'm sure when Charlotte moved from ITV Meridian to Sunrise, it didn't exactly work on the first day.

I noticed that the Sunrise website was still using the banner with Charlotte's picture until I last checked this morning. Checking now, they have removed Charlotte but clearly don't have a suitable picture of Isabel yet, as it only features Eamonn, Stephen and Gillian.

Very rare for Kay to get out of the UK except for the U.S. Election

The usual on location presenters such as Andrew Wilson and Colin Brazier have been covering the Ukraine crisis for weeks

Kay is an excellent on-location anchor.

I've always loved Kay and I don't see why so many people dislike, but she deserves a voiceover, becuase, quite frankly it sounds very weird her just saying "Sky News at 3" at the TOTH.

That's just something Kay does between the TOTH ident ending and the bed starting. She still gets the voiceover announcer after the headlines like everyone else.

I LOVE how she always does that!

What is it about coughing fits on Sky News? Stephen Dixon just did a Botting in the handover to Sport.

Perhaps Sky News should consider Benilyn on tap in the newsroom.
