I see that "STV Health Centre sponsors the ITV National Weather" in Scotland.

I'm guessing there might have been some sort of disagreement over who gets the money from Seven Seas (ie. STV possibly not getting any?). Or maybe up here we simply need more medical help than a few vitamins and supplements.

Did anyone else see the promo for a documentary about houses with Julian Fellowes (something like that). The end board was using the christmas style! Oops! Very Happy

Nice to see some original 1960s titles on The World In Action Years tonight, complete with a static "Granada Production" at the very top of the programme. It really has been regional frontcap heaven over the last few days. Laughing

I believe the sponsorship package has been split since Eon was replaced.

I'm pretty sure the first draw was shown on ITV[1] too.

May as well start calling it ITV, gotta get used to it!

So we blame Channel 5, not FIVE, for the ITV News at Ten not airing exactly at 10, for those that have an issue with it.

I'll call it ITV when they do but I expect it will be like Challenge[TV], [The]BBC News[Channel] and Bid [TV] in that they won't know what to call it themselves.

They're using the name ITV audibly in trailers. Also, it's likely the reason for Drama Lives on ITV not having a 1 at the end. It's the whole group of channels that they'll have trouble with. Maybe the ITV family, or ITV Network?

I don't think they would call it the ITV Network, as that name is often used to refer to all the companies which own the channel 3 franchises (ITV, STV and UTV). Also, I know there have been changes recently, but the ITV Network Centre is still in existence.

Huh, I thought Network Centre went when Carlton got hostile took over by Granada. Shows what I know.

Didn't they use the "Drama lives on ITV" due to the fact they also advertised the witches drama on ITV2 and presumably also be used for drama's that could appear on ITV3 and 4 - and wasn't created because of the change in the name of the main channel?
