World Features tends to encompass various shows such as This Week, Reporters and UK Report - I believe.

Correct. Occasionally, the "coming up" slide at weekends will simply state World Featrues, when in fact, what actually does air is one of the programmes you've mentioned. Plus others, like Our World, Dateline and Doha Debates.
This is odd, because at other times, each of those programmes is named in it's own right.
Slight presentation format changed noted on TWT this morning, in the repeat edition of the newspaper review. After WBR, we would normally return after a break and go straight to Martine and Sally who would both jointly remind us of the newspaper headlines, before airing a repeat of the review from the previous hour. In today's case, it's David Buick who is on.
However, today, we returned to a head on shot of Sally alone who recapped not only the bulletin headlines, but also recapped all of the newspaper headlines on her own. When she was finished, we opened up to a two head shot of Martine and Sally, and it was Martine who introduced the replay of the earlier newspaper review.

BBC Focus On Africa?
Yea Focus on Africa will air at 1730GMT each weekday, directly after The Hub.
There is a BBC World Service Radio programme called Focus on Africa which has been running for years but this is the first World TV programme aimed at the continent.

That's not quite correct, Marcus. BBC World had a programme called Africa Direct which was presented by Rageh Omaar and launched in 2002: http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/bbcworldwide/worldwidestories/pressreleases/2002/01_january/bbcworld_africa_direct.shtml

I've no insider information, but based on what's been hinted at/speculated about here, BBC World News' presentation will remain in line with the rest of BBC News', and no revolutionary changes will be made to it.
With the new changes coming to BBC World News as they move into Broadcasting House in September. Until the BBC News Channel also moves, will the overnights be provided in HD with BBC One HD and BBC Two HD. Also, will we be getting the new World News graphics and branding?

There are new lower thirds in the pipeline at least but I suspect these won't debut until domestic moves. Therefore similarly to Breakfast at the moment, also in HD, the current graphics will be upscaled until the new lower thirds debut.

Very pleasing news for BBC World News. BBC Ariel call it a 'breakthrough year'.
