A member of the Daybreak team (I'm not saying who as their Twitter is private) has said for presentation fans to watch out tomorrow for a new face presenting, plus a little treat at the end of the show again (presumably referring to the closing theme?)

Male or female? Kier Simmons is appearing rather frequently in 'The Mix'. Maybe him, maybe not...

They didn't specify whether the presenter was male or female.

I'd guess at Tasmin Lucia-Khan on the sofa.

I see that ITV have finally come up with something other than Daybreak for Christine Bleakley to do, which has actually made it past an unbroadcast pilot.

However, 'Missing Millions' is just a blatant copy of 'Heir Hunters' , a programme the BBC deems suitable only for a daytime slot of 09:15, rather than a primetime offering.

It consists of hunting down people who are unaware that they are recipients of an inheritance, and then surprising them with the news: possibly causing them to die of shock - hence providing the producers with a further episode where they hunt down the new recipients of the same bundle of cash. So that's why he was "In The Mix" earlier on this week. Very Happy

But that's not Christine, it's Melanie Sykes

Very good guess on my part then! That's Mel Sykes on the pictures above. Relevance much?

Two very different accents!

I'm not sure this is the same type of programme as Heir Hunters even though the subject matter is similar. Heir Hunters is a fly on the wall programme about a company that hunts for heirs. The ITV1 programme seems to be more like the Carole Voderman presented ITV1 programme from a few years ago that surprised people with money they didn't know about. What was that called?

God...wasn't that Find a Fortune or something similar? After the BBC's Good Fortune a few years even before that?
