This P Team nonsense still going on then. I guess with the series near to ending perhaps they'll sort it out a bit come September.

Reports today Paul will sign a two-year contract to continue with the show... but on a budget.

I could see them filming all five shows in one day of the week.

I can't see him doing that, but I might move the two days aweek,

this might make the show better!

Filming five shows in one day would be impractical or at least extremely exhausting. Though I could imagine them opting to recording all studio material in just two days to reduce costs. I wonder if they/Paul will consider pre-recording some segments outside of the studio (preferably with Paul and not a 'reporter'), which would presumably assist in filming/recording.

One thing we have the credit crunch to be thankful for is that Fiona Phillips C4 teatime show fell through:

I wonder if they might reduce the runs too to just 8-10 weeks, without the guest host week. I'd imagine the likes of Come Dine with Me are much cheaper to fill the slot than Paul O'Grady.
