Is it me or is this another 'Reality/Cookery' reality show with Gordon Ramsey just on another channel and with celebs? Rolling Eyes

Notice that they played a promo for something else after the special ident, before cutting to the proper intro.

Hmmm..had it on in the background. Seemed like the typical reality show. Angus looked a bit lost doing it live, especially at the end trying to talk to Gordon and filling. Nice of them to knock up a background for the credits - take note Corrie! Mark and Jordon on ITV2?! Hmm...I think I'll give it a miss. Tara not available?! Laughing

Well, the thing that got me was that Roger Cook, (yes intrepid investigative journalist) had to withdraw on the first show after sitting on some wooden garden furniture that collapsed beneath him. This aggravated a knee injury and that's it, he's out. Confused Shocked

Bizzarely it seemed to be an advert for 'Glorious Gardens' (That's Thursdays at 7.30 on Meridian and Anglia) that was shown instead of the sponsor bumper. I wonder how that managed to get on the network feed

Interesting to note that at the end of the show when Angus was interviewing Gordon that he asked Gordon not to swear as he was live on ITV. A bit daft consider most of the show was littered with swear words anyway!

I really could not be a CA on ITV. During the end credits, she had to promote Hell's Kitchen Extra Portions with Mark Durden Smith and Jordan on ITV2, then TV's Naughtiest Blunders 14 next on ITV 1. For goodness sake, how low can it get?

Roger Cook gone! Never mind - there's still Jennifer Ellison, Edwina Currie and Matt Goss, so I can get my weekly fix of celebrity action.

I guess if everything's played out from London, all material is on the same server(s) in London.

IT wasnt that bad - but then it wasnt that good either!

Angus Deayton is a poor choice of presenter for such a programme where I think Harry Hill would have made a much better (and funnier) presenter.

Angus only does satire and imho it didnt work for this type of programme!

Mark Durden Smith over on ITV2 wasnt that bad and was more watchable than Angus on ITV1!

Im sure it will improve from tomorrow night when things start happening and there will be items to report! These reality programmes, whether its Im a celebrity, Big Brother etc, all begin at a snails pace!
