They have just had 2 Sky News DOG's overlayed on top of each other and also they have had the wrong story name (they were running an article about Maxine Carr being released early and the caption across the screen appeared with the name of the person) but the bit on the red towards the left of the screen read "top up fees".
Last night I saw the clock- DOG laid over the non-clock-DOG if that's what you mean. I think in this instance the headlines recap at :30 used a recording of the titles at :00.
Sometime syou see the DOG overlaying a Sky News Australia DOG if the footage is from down under.
Does anyone find that after the headlines, the graphics/ DOG's are still feintly seen while the spinning mad world is playing?
For example, if the last headline is a weather summary, you can still see the orange/white weather graphics in the top-left as well as the clockless DOG, and the red slug thingy in the bottom-right - but ever so feintly.

I've wondered this myself. I've only ever seen it though on the SNUK overnight broadcasts - but then, given where I live, and the broadcast times for SNUK over here, that's hardly surprising!
I've noticed though that, with the weather BUG as the example, you can see it right throughout the titles, except for on the final section where the Sky News logo flies down over the UK.

It can indeed be seen. The final "reveal" on the titles, after the logo zooms out fades to a solid green colour (i've seen it played out incorrectly a few times during over nites). I suspect that a CSO like process is used to smoothly make the vt appear from under the titles.
You can see the headlines canbe seen to continue during the day as well. I think that they just fade the titles over the top and then cut to another VT for the skynews bit. You often don't notice it anymore as it usually a sports story with a fast moving celebration and now that the world moves really fast you dont notice it.
