It's a strand, not a show, but probably this.
When was the last time a newspaper sponsored a show? I can't think of any in recent years at all, there seems to be loads in the 90s.

I can only really think of the Pride of Britain Awards and not even sure that counts.
Think that was a bit of a no brainer for the Mirror to sponsor it, what with them having come up with it and everything, although I think the arrangement has changed somewhat now since it seems to be in association with TSB.
Of course in the 1990s the newspapers were doing other things to shift copies - A5 books for example "special" supplements (usually key dates like D-Day and other events as and when they happened, and the papers were all over the sponsorship bumpers of the ITV programmes. Into the new millennium they moved to giving away promo/music CDs, (and later DVDs), "commemoratives in association with <somebody else>", in addition to the regular supplements. These music CD giveaways went on for the best part of two or three years, and once one paper started them, they were all doing it, although while it was good for newspaper sales, it wasn't good for the music industry, apparently:

Those BT This Morning titles are still a guilty pleasure of mine. THAT key change into the main titles is wonderful!
I've been looking at the This Morning videos on TV Ark, here is a better quality copy of that theme including the end credits (sadly still not hi-fi stereo, just the usual VHS mono):

Going back to the start, a pre-launch trail from 1988 (here's the other one with Richard & Judy):

Not an example of a sponsor being integrated with the titles, but an example of the Granada ident being integrated instead, which I've not seen before:

Not pres related and from much later, but what must be the first show on air after the John Leslie allegations, with Fern addressing them (if the date is correct, same day as the big ITV1 national continuity launch):

I think people forget how dreadful some of those integrated sponsor titles were. Even worse on drama- I remember the Tetley ones on The Darling Buds of May being really invasive.
At least the Corrie Cadbury ones felt more respectful of the programme. Though they added to a general sense of tweeness the programme had at the time. Though I did like the extra key changes they put on the start of the This Morning theme to crowbar in the BT sponsorship.

With The Chart Show being mentioned, that also happened with their 1987-88 titles, which all began with the Channel 4 logo exploding.

Of course the most famous ident integration:
It's something HTV had a habit of doing into the news:

I guess you could argue the 1987 Blockbusters titles did as well, with the Central logo fading into the earth, which was in the same position on the screen. Frontcaps then got scrapped not long after, so you had the titles for most of their life beginning with the earth on a very odd position on the screen. I'm sort of suprised they didn't re-do that opening shot to have it centred, would look a lot less messy.

The integrated ident i remember most is Auf Pet Series 2 where the Central logo turns into the roulette ball

Yorkshire certainly did like integrating the chevron into their programme titles.
These First Tuesday titles even made the ident’s jingle part of the theme...

Almost makes up for Yorkshire having a boring, static ident for so long. Almost.
