No, they have a full 4 minutes ending theme (incorporating the opening theme in various different forms - it's complicated) - they just started playing the music earlier

I thought that was the case.

BTW This woman Don is seeing behind Ivy's back, has she been in the Street before as her face looks very familar.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, I'm sure she has been in other things (perhaps Emmerdale?).

Id have to agree about the Ted/Rita storyline actually, but then storylines with terminal illness's are always depressing to watch. He wont be in it
for too much longer anyway. I dont remember a lot of this storyline from the first time it was shown on ITV, all I remember is Rita telling Audrey about it.
The storyline with Emily is quite good too - again I remember bits of this but not much although I did watch Corrie back in 1992 its amazing how much you forget.

Back to the current Corrie and does anyone know what Brenda Fearns is up too? She seemed a bit too keen to take Bethany out on her own in Monday's episode. I bet she is up to no good!!! Evil or Very Mad

Spoilers for the next month from All About Soap!

SPOILER WARNING

All About Soap has a Corrie cover again this month, im glad the editor of at least one TV Mag recognises Corrie is the best - It was Karen and Tracey on the cover cos later this month Tracey love breaks the earth shattering news that Steve is the father of her baby not Roy Shocked
The croppers pull out of the deal with Tracey and Tracey finds herself falling in love with her boss Steve, she has an argument with Peter about money and ends up confessing Steve is the father of her baby, Peter persuades her to tell Steve and she decides to but is interupted by Karen, so Tracey ends up going back to the croppers and the deal is back on with them, however she is broken hearted that she cant be with the man she loves, Steve!

Les starts seeing Fizz's mum Cilla Brown but then gets into a fight with Tommy after making remarks about Katy. Katy is also not happy to learn that Martin once had a fling with Sally

Juicy Lucy and Peter leave the show - Peter gets off with a warning over the bigamy charges, Lucy is fuming. However Lucy has one final revenge for Peter, getting him to agree to leave the country with her on condition he tells a packed Rovers of his plans. However Lucy has the last laugh when she rips up the ticket in front of everyone telling him he is not going with them. So it looks like they will leave the show separately.

An inspired bit of casting I reckon, she looks identical to Fizz !! Anyway, should be funny next week, Les tell's them his name is "Clint", and has to hurry home after a night of passion due to his curfew, and manages to leave behind his trainer Laughing

I'm afraid I'm getting bored of the whole Tracey, baby and the Croppers scenario. It's becoming more and more ridiculous and just plain boring. Anyone else ?

I am still enjoying Corrie as much as ever and its been really excellent in the past year but I do think it is a ridiculous idea for the Roy to propose to Tracey - im glad she did the right thing for once and said no and I think the best thing that could have happened was for the deal to be called off (for now at least).

I think the storyline could get more interesting as apparently Tracey falls in love with the real father of her baby- Steve! But lets hope it isnt dragged out for too long.

Its a bit disapointing that this storyline with Todd being gay has ground to a halt - although ive heard that porter who works at the hospital reappears at Christmas and he is the person who Sarah catches Todd kissing.

Last time he appeared he was at a party at the hospital and was kissing Katy and Martin got really jealous and I think he went to hit him.

I dont think he was stereotypically gay but I remember he was drop dead gorgeous - really fit! Very Happy

Just watching this Grease Special on ITV1, what a fab voice Suranne Jones has. Very impressed.

I'm slightly less impressed that they cut Lisa Scott-Lee off!

That was because Lisa couldn't hit the high notes. Was at the recording - she was pretty awful, made the Cheeky girls seem tuneful!!!1 Very Happy

Does anyone know if GreaseMania will be on again on ITV2? I only saw the first 15 minutes last night, and Yes, Suranne was Very good.

Tonights episode was very good - nice to see Peter back on the show, for the time being at least.
