Thanks for posting those.
If its not going to be local why on earth didnt they do a total rebrand, its neither about or for Londoners and its rarely live. I wonder where they expect to take this, surely the owners at ESI have deep pockets.
if you're not going to be local, why bother being a local station? If you're just going to be a generic repeats station, why not just be that? As deep as the pockets are, the bottom will eventually be reached. Would there be an outcry, would anyone even notice, if London Live disappeared? Unlikely.
The lack of local content begs to question the whole point of London Live, and more importantly, how the whole Local TV project has been diluted by the reduction of local programming requirements, even more so with the licence fee money drying up and local channels struggling to make ends meet.

Alison Earle is there still.
I'm not sure if Alex Beard is coming back after maternity leave.
Reya El-Salahi is leaving to join Which and Jessica King I believe is at TRT World in Istanbul.

I think Anthony Baxter and Luke Blackhall are the only original launch team left.

Its on 10 times next week, did they recommission new shows?
Shows you how little I watch London Live, didn't even realise.
Food Junkies!!! I totally forgot about that show, it was decent. Those ratings aren't too bad, especially for London Live

Even in North America, most local stations are mostly networked/syndicated/repeats, and primetime is completely networked. You will sometimes find local programming on at 10pm, mainly on FOX network affiliates, and occasionally local programming in the 7pm hour, which is just before primetime.
The idea that local TV should be only or mostly local programming is fantasy.

I’m pretty sure they haven’t. I think there was two series of it made altogether. It was made by Jamie Oliver’s production company which no longer makes shows that don’t feature Jamie.

If you have a spoiler, put it in a spoiler tab! You have now ruined it for the 2 people that are yet to get round to watching it.
SPOILER ALERT!
She said yes (didn't see it, but saw the tweet)
