Just bring Fiona Phillips back and we've gone back 12 years.

Never thought I'd see Eamonn back. Pleasantly surprised he agreed to come back considering his fallout which lead him to leave for Sky in 2005.

Why don't they just put Eamonn and Charlotte together and you have the perfect weekend duo. Just what I would want on weekend mornings! (Before anybody says, I am just doing some late night fantasizing. I know it won't happen.

Indeed with a later start that would be perfect. As mentioned in the thread BBC Breakfast is rather dull and stale these days.

Although it's a very different place now and the management have moved on. However Martin Frizell is now his boss on This Morning and there's no secret about the anomosity between them.

This is excellent news. It will be good to see Eamonn back on ITV Breakfast. I wonder if Mark Austin may cover the following week.

Whatever happens it is a move in the right direction and maybe a way forward if Eamonn wanted to do Thursdays and Fridays in the future.

They mentioned Eamonn at the beginning of the show earlier and it sounded like they will both be presenting with him so either one of them is newsreader or Charlotte Mon-Wed and Kate Thurs-Fri?

Piers and Susanna are back the week after.

Eamonn has worked with both in the past. Kate on GMTV and Charlotte on Sunrise

At the TOTH at 8am this morning they ran a Michael Bolton track over the 'titles' instead of the traditional voice over and then spoke to him quickly at the desk, then handed over to Sean to read the full news Bulletin - which actually worked quite well...

Doubt Eamonn will be presenting on Friday as its Good Friday, so GMB will be in 'bank holiday mode'. I'm guessing Kate for 2 days, Charlotte for 2 days and then maybe Ranvir and Charlotte/Kate/Ben on Friday.

In some press it does say Eamonn is only doing 4 days so that is Likely.

Yet of course the headlines say Eamonn is "REPLACING" Piers Morgan and is the "NEW HOST", even though in reality he is a four day stand in.

Shouldn't he be standing in on This Morning that week though?
