That was a hellish question. People see it all the time, but it doesn’t exactly stay in the mind.
It's more the fact that people are useless at remembering colours for such things. They will usually know which colours aren't in the logo at all, but will easily mix them up (to the point they're often convinced they're right).
Personally, I knew the answer - probably because I'd memorised the order of the colours at some point. And as it was, Jeremy knew the answer too.
Ouch. Phone a Friend said the Gs in the Google logo were green. Then 50/50 left two options. Blue, and green. So the contestant said green and got the wrong answer.
