It's more the fact that people are useless at remembering colours for such things. They will usually know which colours aren't in the logo at all, but will easily mix them up (to the point they're often convinced they're right).

Personally, I knew the answer - probably because I'd memorised the order of the colours at some point. And as it was, Jeremy knew the answer too.

It's people like these that I relate to much less. The money is meaningless, it's just an excuse to test their cranium.

Costing ITV a fortune this week so far - think it's £411,000 given away over just three shows so far. Last time out they only gave away £318k all series.

Stereotyping those with less money as being dumber... nice.

As far as I know, ITV are just the broadcaster, just like they were before, thus don't have any involvement in the money being given away?

Chris Tarrant said a few years back the show was very expensive to run and he'd be surprised if it returned but here we are.

I suspect it won't be on very often. It hasn't been on since May last year.

No ITV have commissioned and paid for the series and there will be a cash pot allocated in the budget specifically for prize money, as with every quiz show.

I always thought it was the sponsor of the programme that paid the money.

If it was a prize credited within the show ‘A 2 week holiday courtesy of ice lolly.co.uk’ then yes, but otherwise no. ITV pay the prize money which they then offset by the ad revenue and sponsorship.
