Its a wonderful composition but not for GMB. The reason I believe that is GMB have already got themselves a signature sting, which represents an aspect of the programmes branding (Even though there are different versions of the theme it's practically the same composition):
Reading the article, it couldn't have been further from having 'gone horribly wrong'. Sounds like you can hear a noise and then Susanna goes "you arlight?" and that's it. Classic clickbait article. If you're that bothered, find today's episode on ITV Hub and go to a little before 8am and watch the CARNAGE unfold.

I've just found a video on the Daily Star article. As you said, classic clickbait.

You've got to wonder if all the attention on Piers and Susanna is starting to grate on Charlotte, Kate and Ben - they do actually present the program too. Charlotte isn't even mentioned in the article above, yet is pictured in the header image. Given that Piers and Susanna only present the program for three days a week, there seems to be too heavy a focus on them.
I for one will be glad to have a bit of a break from them over the summer, before the love/hate thing starts to get dull.

Given that the show is (arguably) more popular now - or at least getting more publicity - then Charlotte, Kate and Ben are probably thankful that there's no prospect of the axe at the moment.
It's unbelieveable really that in the talk of it moving to TV Centre and then returning to ITV Studios in 5 years or so that the assumption is the show will still be around, something you couldn't have said - dare I say it - pre-Piers Morgan.
