That looks like an acceptable stop-gap for 3-4 weeks. Is that a Barco display, or just a lightbox made to look like one?

what happens now if N6/ N8/TC7 go down and they need a emergency location: is it Millbank (or the car park? Wink )

Turf London out of Millbank and carry on as usual?

I was down at BH today - it's looking fairly finished from the outside:

It's a video screen of some sort, they wouldn't want a picture of Karzai on there for a month

Have they ever used N9 in an emergency? Millbank is the alternative location should the facilities in TV Centre be unavailable, I suspect they'll just have to go without a London news if it happens

It's Bush House. They're gradually moving over there with a full service on Wednesday.

Bush House was used by the then GLR and BBC London Live when MHS was being refurbished to add a tv studio for BBC London News.

Yep I've been past it a few times recently and it looks structurally done, the floors are just empty spaces though - there's a heck of a fit out to do

Yes I visited there a couple of times when they had decamped to Bush... a very odd and impractical set up. I hope they're not spread across two seperate buildings this time! Not a very good situation to launch a new radio station in either

Looks very much like the Daybreak wall which is made up of plasma screens.

Is Radio 4 continuity coming from Wood Norton yet?

And yet it's going to take 18-24 months before we get News coming from there Sad

I really can't understand why it'll take so long to rig a building.

Another shot from N9:

I really do like their original studio, especially the new desk they had installed a while back:

It looks like Persian is still broadcasting from Broadcasting House today.
