I hope when you try to watch it without subscribing, that it plays the audio but with a fuzzy/static screen.

I like how the bottom of that webpage states: Logos © 1996.

It almost looks like an amateur logo created by a computer from 1996.

Guys I am calling it, I think the BBC logo used by BBC Select is going to be the new BBC logo for the whole corporation

that is my exact feeling, I fear this is the start of a major corporate rebrand for the BBC
