Doubt that Aberdeen will get any makeover soon?? As I have said before I am sort of glad they don't....Edinburgh and Glasgow looks terrible!!!

They are not the best sets but I personally think they look better than Aberdeen. The titles are cheesy but the astons are much better than the North edition of STV News. The astons and graphics for Scotland Tonight are much more similar to the STV Central editions, so bringing STV North in line makes sense.

Who knows what 2012 will bring - I do hope they remove the 'personality' approach yet the other elements of the titles for Glasgow and Edinburgh broadcasts are fine.

Hmmm - I would not put money on it?? Problems tonight with the late edition....it returned to a played out news at ten story and crashed back to Aberdeen mid story....strange one!!

The Glasgow set is looking better as of this afternoon. A little less minimalist.

According to John MacKay, Edinburgh's also been tweaked but he didn't say if Aberdeen has been

Tweaked? I really do hope its looks a bit better, it really would not take much,.. Aberdeen really needs to be brought in line aswell.
